Pre-assessment

Designed to establish the current engagement and retention rate, recruitment process efficiency and timeline, strengths & weaknesses of the current process, and general market comparison

Tailored program

Depending on the findings in the pre-assessment exercise, a two-day training program is developed that addresses the deficiencies in the current process as well as initiatives to enhance the process further

Classroom training

Usually day 1 would be spent on the current process improvements and analysis and day 2 would focus on further enhancements that contribute to the development of the employer value proposition
